Our AI native platform turns the job model upside down by taking all jobs in the economy and matching them to the job-seeker, delivering better outcomes for both job-seekers and employers. Whilst other systems were being built to screen people out, ours was learning how to match jobs and talent to you.

What does AI native mean?

AI isn't new for us; it's in our DNA. We designed swipejobs as an AI-native platform back in 2014, building our models for one purpose: to put talent first. By 2018 alone, our models had already made 600 million predictions, to help job-seekers find, secure, and start jobs.

We don’t rely on generic "black box" algorithms within our platform and instead bring together the right AI tools to support every stage of the process.
